Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge or skills:

  1. Discuss the major factors that influence health care delivery systems (legislation, cost, reimbursement, access, equity, quality).
  2. Discuss how evidence based practice and quality assurance programs benefit the healthcare consumer.
  3. Discuss the implementation of National patient safety goals in healthcare.
