The Manufacturing & Process Technology (MPT): Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) Emphasis program provides students with the skills and knowledge necessary to program and operate computer-controlled machines and equipment used in today’s manufacturing industry. The CAM program offers hands-on training using a range of computer-controlled machines providing students with the opportunity to use industry-standard equipment, software, and technology to develop the skills needed to operate these machines efficiently. Additionally, students will learn skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) using parametric modeling software. The CAM program offers students an opportunity to gain in-demand skills through the program's curriculum, hands-on training, and industry-recognized certification opportunities that prepare students for a successful career in manufacturing.
