Washington State electrical laws (WAC Codes 296-46, RCW 19.28) and National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) are applied to the working electrician.

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge or skills:
- Students will be able to apply the rules and regulations of Articles 500 to 900 of the National Electrical Code to specialized applications.
- Students will certify NEC requirements for the following applications; Specials Occupancies, Special Equipment, Special Conditions, and Communication Systems.
