CS 295: Internship: Work Based Learning II

Students will participate in an advanced internship with regional computer and information technology employers. Course may be repeated up to 4 credits.

Prerequisites

CS 195, CS 197, and instructor permission
Course Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge or skills:

  1. Acquire advanced work experience in the Information Technology industry
  2. Be employable as a computer technician
  3. Create a final report of experiences and project work completed as an intern

Course Content Outline
  1. Complete internship work based learning experience
  2. Document the internship experience
  3. Self-evaluation of internship work performance
  4. Evaluation by the work based learning supervisor
